Fall 2008 Subsidence and Geologic Field Observations <br />Box Canyon, Apache Rocks, and South of Divide Mining Areas <br />0 included as part of Traverse Q-Q' in the 2005 Subsidence Monitoring Report. This green <br />circular area includes a small pond and wetland. This pond (Figure 18 on Page 38 of the 2005 <br />report) is located near the southern edge of the green area in the depression of a back-rotated <br />slump block. The southern edge of the green area is a landslide scarp 50 to 100 feet in height <br />that marks the boundary between an older, less-active landslide above and a more recent, active <br />landslide below.
