This TR request includes the construction <br />of a temporary berm along the southeastern edge of the Main Cresson mining area. An updated <br />Drawing C-4 has been included to identify the proposed location of the temporary berm. <br />Following establishment of the berm, the berm will serve as a barrier to both noise and visual <br />activities and will provide for haulage around the Main Cresson layback area on the inside of the <br />berm as the Cresson project progresses in the Southeastern portion of the Main Cresson mining <br />area as approved under Amendment No .9. Once these mining activities are complete, the <br />material that was used to construct the berm will be placed back into the Main Cresson mining <br />area as backfill material to completed the Post Mining Topography as presented in Drawing Fl <br />of the Amendment No. 9 application. <br />CC&V has reviewed this protect for impacts to the financial warranty.
