A 110 Construction MATERILAS Application can not exceed 9.9 acres. Both your first page of <br />the Application form and all the submitted maps state the application to be 10 acres. Please provide new <br />copies of the first page of the application new maps with the corrected acreage and remove all references of <br />the 10 acres from the application narrative. <br />You have 60 days .from the date of this letter to provide the requested information, with one original and <br />two copies.
