PART II <br />Page No. 3 <br />Pernut No.: CO-0038024 <br />DEFINITION OF EFFLUENT LIMITATIONS <br />1. Effluent Limitations <br />PARTI <br />Beginning no later than the effective date of this permit and lasting through the expiration date, the permittee is authorized to <br />discharge from outfall(s): 001, 002, 003, 004, 005, 008, 009, 025, 026 and 028. In addition, the permittee shall monitor for <br />the appropriate parameters at Outfall MNO1, MN04, MN08, MN09 and MN26, which correspond to Outfalls 001, 004, 008, <br />009 and 026 respoectively. <br />In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section 62.4, and the <br />Colorado Discharge Permit System Regulations, Section 61.8(2), 5 C.C.R. 1002-61, the permitted discharge shall not contain <br />effluent parameter concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below or exceed the specified flow <br />limitation. <br />Effluent Limitations for OutfaI1001 <br />Parameter Effluent Limitations <br /> 30-Day Avg. 7 Day Avg Daily Max. <br />Flow, MGD a/ Report N/A 0.78 <br />Total Suspended Solids, mg/1 31.9 N/A 70 <br />Settleable Solids, mUl N/A N/A 0.5 <br />Total Iron, mg/1 3.5 N/A 7.0 <br />Oil and Grease, mg/1 N/A N/A 10 <br />pH, s.u.
