Self-monitoring sampling by the pernuttee for compliance with the monitoring requirements specified above shall be
performed at the following location(s): 001 and MNO1, 004 and MN04, 008 and MN08, 009 and MN09, 026 and MN26.
If the pernuttee, using the approved analytical methods, monitors any parameter more frequently than required by this permit,
then the results of such monitoring shall be included in the calculation and reporting of the values required in the Discharge
Monitoring Report Form (DMRs) or other forms as required by the Division. Such increased frequency shall also be
indicated.
a. Oil and Grease Monitorin¢
For every outfall with oil and grease monitoring, in the event an oil sheen or floating oil is observed, a grab sample shall
be collected, analyzed, and reported on the appropriate DMR. In addition, corrective action shall be taken immediately
to mitigate the discharge of oil and grease. A description of the corrective action taken should be included with the
• DMR.
