Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has received a revision for the West Elk Mine. Minor <br />Revision No. 350 to be complete on January 14, 2009, and issued the decision on the same date. <br />The operator proposes to transport coal from the West Elk Mine to Bowie Resources Limited where the <br />coal will be washed and the waste returned to the West Elk Mine for disposal in West Elk's previously <br />approved refuse pile.
