A signed and notarized agreement between the current permittee, Basin <br />Resources Inc, and the Successor Permittee, New Elk Coal Company, <br />uC? requiring Basin Resources to maintain the current reclamation bond after <br />the succession of Operators application is approved by DRMS. <br />2. Three copies of changes to section 2.03 of the permit detailing information <br />relative to the successor permittee NECC, together with relevant changes <br />to the Table of Contents. <br />3. Three copies of Exhibit 35 providing supplemental information regarding <br />the Principals of NECC. <br />4. A proposed public notice for publication in the Chronicle News. <br />5.
