Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has received a revision for the Bowie No. 2 Mine. The <br />revision was called complete on January 12, 2009. The decision due date is January 22, 2009. <br />In Minor Revision No. 93, Bowie Resources LLC. Is proposing to wash coal from the West Elk Mine. <br />West Elk would truck the raw coal to the Bowie No. 2 Mine and have the coal washed at Bowie's <br />preparation plant. The cleaned coal would be loaded onto railcars at the Bowie No. 2 Mine train loadout. <br />The coal waste would be trucked back to the West Elk Mine's coal mine waste pile.
