Property location: 3965 S. Hwy 85-87(34.3 acres): Colorado Springs, Co; 0 Wabash Street; <br />3895 Wabash Street, Colorado Springs, CO <br />2. Term: This lease is for a period beginning January 1 2009 and ending December 31, 2009. <br />3. Rent: Rent shall be $6,500 per month or $78,000 per year. <br />4. Additional conditions: <br />1. It is understood that Lessee shall pay the cost of installing any additional <br />utilities, lines, fences, or any other improvements needed for their <br />operations. Lessee shall also pay for any monthly charges for <br />utilities including electricity, water, gas, etc. <br />2. Lessee shall pay for all taxes, except property taxes, and pay for any assessments, <br />fees, fines or billings associated with the property or the <br />improvements placed on said leased property. <br />5. It is agreed that Lessee shall carry public liability insurance against bodily injury, <br />death and property damage naming the property and shall name Lessor as <br />additional insured in their insurance policy. Lessee shall provide Lessor with an <br />endorsement or copy of the insurance policy.
