Your application has been found incomplete for the following reasons: <br />In order for Basin Resources Inc. (BRI) to continue to maintain the reclamation bond for <br />the permit, a written agreement between BRI and New Elk Coal Company is required. <br />The Division requests that this agreement be notarized by all parties. Please submit the <br />required agreement in accordance with Rule 2.08.6(2)(a)(ii). <br />2. Please provide the information required by Rule 2.08.6(2)(b)(iii). <br />3.
