Our initial review indicates that <br />all preliminary items required by Rule 2.08.5(2)(b) have not been submitted. Thus, your application is incomplete for the <br />purposes of filing as of May 7, 2007. <br />Although an insurance certificate was submitted, the policy expiration date is May 10, 2007. The insurance policy would expire <br />before the adequacy review period was finished.
