Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has finished its adequacy review for <br />Permit Renewal No. 5 for the Blue Ribbon Mine. The following are the Division's questions and <br />comments: <br />Section 2.03.4, Identification of Interests <br />Please update the identification of interests information that is required in Sections 2.03.4(1) <br />through (10) of the permit application, where applicable. The updates should include, but not be <br />limited to, ownership and control information that is required in Section 2.03.4(3) and (4), the list <br />of the owners of record of surface areas to be affected and the list of owners of record of the coal <br />to be mined, as required in Section 2.03.4(6), and the list of the owners of record of the surface <br />and subsurface areas that are contiguous to the permit area that is required in Section 2.03.4(7). <br />Section 2.03.5, Compliance Information <br />2. Please update Section 2.03.5, Compliance Information, if applicable. <br />Section 2.03. Identification of Other Licenses and Permits <br />3. If applicable, please update the list of other licenses and permits in Section 2.03.10. <br />Section 2.04.11 Fish and Wildlife Resources Information <br />4.
