The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has finished its adequacy review of
Minrec's September 6, 2007 and September 27, 2007 responses to the Division's July 27, 2007 and
September 21, 2007 adequacy review letters for Permit Renewal No. 5 for the Blue Ribbon Mine. The
following are the Division's questions and comments:
Section 2.03.4, Identification of Interests
1. Please update the identification of interests information that is required in Sections 2.03.4(1)
through (10) of the permit application, where applicable.
The Division has no further concerns. In the submittal dated September 6, 2007, Minrec provided
revised permit text pages 5, 6 and 7.
Section 2.03.5, Compliance Information
2. Please update Section 2.03.5, Compliance Information, ifapplicable.
The Division has no further concerns. Minrec responded in the September 6, 2007 submittal that
no updates were needed.
Section 2.03.10, Identification of Other Licenses and Permits
3. If applicable, please update the list of other licenses and permits in Section 2.03.10.
The Division has no further concerns. Revised page 12 was included in the September 6, 2007
submittal.
Section 2.04.11 Fish and Wildlife Resources Information
4. Please review the information in Section 2.04.11, Fish and Wildlife Resources Information,
Section 2.05.6(2), Fish and Wildlife Plan, and Appendix B of Volume I of the permit application
