Only Outfall 011 discharged in <br />December, also the DMR for Wet Testing Outfall 011 was sent in a letter dated October <br />22, 2008. All other Wet Test DMR's are present in this mailing. Outfall 007 had <br />discharge this quarter; for approximately two weeks in October and 2 days in <br />November at Thanksgiving.
