The Office of Archeology and Historic Preservation notes no issues
at this time. However, the Colorado Division of Wildlife has submitted comments regarding concerns over
impacts to habitat for deer and elk, bats and noxious weeds. Please reply directly to the CDOW on the issues
submitted and copy DRMS. The specific issue of bats in historic mine structures that may be impacted by
current plans may require additional input from CDOW.
Sincerely,
G.
