(NSI) is submitting the following information in response to your December <br />19, 2008 letter: <br />1. To prevent cross contamination between aquifers, the annulus will be cemented to surface. <br />The well specification sheets are attached for IOH-C and 1OH-I/11H-1, providing detail on <br />the cement. <br />2. Access to the l OH-C well pad is included in the l OH-C disturbance calculations. <br />3.
