Based on the waste profile report submitted with the request staff has no issue
with the material. The estimated percentage of coal is less than 5% of the
total material and appears to be inert in nature. Therefore staff is a1312roving TR-01 for the
importation of inert materials per Rule 3.1.5(9).
At this time no additional bonding is required in association with this TR. The last bond
update was done in May of 2008 in association with Amendment AM-O1.
Thank you for your prompt attention regarding this matter.
If you need additional information, please contact me at the Division of Reclamation,
Mining and Safety, Grand Junction Field Office, 101 S. 3rd St., Suite 301, Grand
Junction, Colorado 81501, telephone no. 970.241.1117.
Sincerely
G.
