Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />This is formal documentation that the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br />(Division) had conducted its review of Minrec's 2006 Annual Hydrology Report for the Blue <br />Ribbon Mine. <br />The 2006 hydrology data for Hubbard Creek, the mine bench piezometers and the mine bench <br />underdrains continued to show consistency with data in previous annual hydrology reports.
