Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />RE: Blue Ribbon Mine, Permit No. C-81-047, Minrec, Inc. <br />2007 Annual Hydrology Report and the 2007 Annual Reclamation Report, Adequacy <br />Review <br />Dear Mr. Stover: <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has finished its review of <br />Minrec's 2007 Annual Hydrology Report and the 2007 Annual Reclamation Report for the Blue <br />Ribbon Mine. <br />The 2007 hydrology data continue to show consistency with data in previous annual hydrology <br />reports. The data from Hubbard Creek continue to show no degradation. The water elevations in <br />the piezometers continue to show seasonal variation and most of the piezometers show a trend <br />towards recovery from the drought years.
