MANAGEMENT <br />The DRMS' letter dated January 6, 2009 transmitted its adequacy review for the <br />referenced technical revision. On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC (BRL) following are <br />its responses to the DRMS' comments and concerns: <br />The table on page 2.05-73i was amended as requested. A footnote was added to <br />explain the meaning of H. The table was revised to show the designation U which <br />means an analyte was analyzed but not detected at the indicated method detection <br />limit. The Mercury value for B-1 was corrected. <br />A footnote was added to the table on page 2.05-70 to explain the meaning of H. <br />Amended pages 2.05-70 and 2.05-73i are enclosed. <br />Sincerely, _ <br />J.
