Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has received a revision for the Bowie No. 2 Mine. <br />Attached is a copy of the pertinent sections of the revision submittal. The revision was called complete <br />on January 8, 2009 and issued the decision on the same date. <br />In Minor Revision No. 94, Bowie Resources, LLC is proposing to construct a 6" to 8" diameter pipeline <br />from the B-Seam portal bench to an abandoned irrigation ditch next to Highway 133 in anticipation of <br />pumping mine water into the North Fork of the Gunnison River if and when technical Revision No. 54 is <br />approved. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />J seph J.
