Dear Mr. Kiger:
The Division has received the 180-day report for the Notice of Intent CX-2006-223-07. The report is
in compliance and satisfy rule 2.02.6(3)(a). It is noted that drill holes ECM-05-19, ECM-05-23, ECM-
05-24, ECM-05-34, ECM-05-35 and ECM-06-30 have not been completed.
Drill holes ECM-05-24 and ECM-06-30 were approved under a Federal Coal License which expired
May 18, 2008. Please provide proof of a new Federal Coal License for these two drill holes.
