ATTACHMENT C <br />SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT-ACTUAL COSTS <br />Applying the above calculations to the current NOI request, we can estimate the total cost for proper <br />plugging and abandonment of the 15 well bores and 1 prospecting hole, and associated drillsites listed <br />on the current NOI (see Itemization Table). In summary, the total cost calculated is approximately <br />$40,662.82 (Cell 'S24'). Final grading and seeding are the only reclamation activities not covered in this <br />estimate. Until further adjustments are made for plugging and abandonment operations, Powertech <br />(USA) Inc. proposes plugging and abandonment rates outlined on the attached Itemization Table. <br />Powertech (USA) Inc. requests the opportunity to adjust rates in the future when hole-diameter, rig <br />rates, material costs, and plugging and abandonment efficiency change. <br />Thank you very much for your time and consideration in this matter.
