The <br />application covers the following areas: <br />Phase I and II BR for permanent features, reclaimed ponds, and sealed wells (64.2 acres) <br />Phase IT BR for the Loadout (6.9 acres) <br />Phase IT and III BR for the Marr Pit (96.5 acres) <br />Phase II BR for Pit 1 (3.6 acres) <br />Phase III BR for Pit 1 (48 acres) <br />Phase III BR for the 720 Pit (173 acres) <br />Phase III BR for permanent features, reclaimed ponds, and sealed wells (55.2 acres) <br />Total acreages: <br />Phase I = 64.2 <br />Phase II = 171.2 <br />Phase III = 372.7 <br />We concur with the Colorado Department of Reclamation Mining and Safety in its decision to <br />release the bond.
