This report is for the 2008 calendar year. <br />The Operator applied for a final bond release on October 5, 2006. It appeared the final <br />bond release would become final during the year so no hydrology monitoring was <br />performed. As you know the final bond release has been delayed. <br />The monitoring program no longer includes the requirements of Colorado Discharge Permit <br />System CO-0029599 since it was terminated by the Department of Health effective March <br />14, 2005.
