However, the Division has two requests concerning the PHC table on page 2.05-73i. First, please <br />add a designation in the footnotes to explain what H means. Second, please add a designation, <br />similar to the one in the table on revised page 2.05-70, in the table and in the table footnotes to <br />show that an analysis was performed but that the results were below the minimum detectable level, <br />rather than leaving the entry blank. <br />10. On proposed page 2.05-69, please change D-8 to B-8 in the table. <br />The Division has no further concerns. The requested change was made on revised page 2.05-69 in <br />the submittal dated December 15, 2008. <br />Section 4.05.10, Underground Mine Entry and Access Discharges <br />11. The operator revised page 2.05-70i accordingly in the <br />December 15, 2008 submittal. <br />Public and Other Agency Comments <br />13. Attached is a comment letter that the Division received from the Colorado Division of Water <br />Resources concerning TR-54. That agency has no concerns with the proposed activities provided that <br />the pumped water is not used in any way and that it is discharged to the North Fork of the Gunnison <br />River as proposed.
