Pursuant to the Construction Materials Rules and Regulations of the Colorado
Mined Land Reclamation Board, notice is given that Ready Mixed Concrete CompalYl Ritter, Jr.

Operation Reclamation Permit Application with the Colorado Division of ReclamatiOrtigon Director
Natural Resource Trustee
Mining and Safety (DRM&S) under the provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation
Act for the extraction of construction materials, AKA sand and gravel. The site, known
as Morton Lakes, is located in the southeast quarter of Section 1 and the northeast quarter
of Section 12 all in Township 1 North, Range 67 West of the 6th Principal Meridian in
Weld County, Colorado. The proposed future use of the land is wildlife habitat and
developed water storage.

Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety at 1313 Sherman Street, Room

applicant's representative at [phone]. A copy of the Reclamation Permit
Application is available for inspection at the Office of the Clerk to the Board of Weld
County Commissioners at 915 10th Street Greeley, Colorado 80631.
Comments must be in writing and must be received by the DRM&S no later than,
February 17, 2009, by 4:00 p.m.
Please note that under the provisions of C.R.S. 34-32.5-101 et sec. Comments
related to noise, truck traffic, hours of operation, visual impacts, effects on property
values and the like are issues not subject to the jurisdiction of the DRM&S. These
subjects, and similar ones, are typically addressed by local government rather than the
State of Colorado DRM&S.
