That being the case, I have revised the Legal Notice (see attached) that I sent to you on December 22nd and would like to have the attached notice published for four (4) consecutive weeks beginning next Wednesday, January 7, 2009 and ending Wednesday, January 28, 2009. If you have any questions regarding this e-mail please do not hesitate to call me. Also, please acknowledge receipt of this e-mail and confirm that the attached Legal Notice will be published in the Fort Lupton Press as requested above.
