Through floodplain modeling, D&A found "...that existing topographic <br />conditions on the subject property have not adversely impacted the 100-year water surface profile across the <br />subject property and adjacent properties. Increase are considerably less than the one foot allowable." If you have <br />not received this document, please let me know and I will forward a copy to you. <br />Anchoring of the officeArailer. <br />Another item you needed as a condition for the FHDP was regarding the anchoring of the office/trailer. Attached <br />please find a copy of the Weld County Certificate of Occupancy and the final inspection form. If this is not what <br />you needed, please let me know. <br />I will be out of the office on 12/29/08, then back in 12/30-31/08.
