The Weld County Department of Planning Services requests engineered documentation <br />accompanied by written text stating that the proposed/ existing access to this facility will not impede <br />floodwaters or cause material damage to structures downstream from this proposed facility during <br />a flood event. <br />5. Installation of utilities shall comply with the conditions listed in the Flood Hazard Development Permit <br />Certificate. <br />5. Construction shall comply with all requirements/conditions of the Weld County Building Code. <br />6. All proposed or existing structures will or do meet the minimum setback and offset requirements for <br />the zone district in which the property is located. <br />7.
