Mr. Clay Kimmi <br />December 9, 2008 <br />Page 4 <br />CONCLUSIONS <br />The results of this analysis demonstrate that existing topographic conditions on the subject <br />property have not adversely impacted the 100-year water surface profile across the subject <br />property and adjacent properties.
