Cattany <br />Division Director <br />RE: Notice of Intent X-2006-227-01 AM-01 Natural Resource Trustee <br />Dear Mr. Nettleton, <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety is in the process of reviewing the status of <br />the above mentioned NOI amendment. In response to a "request for update letter" sent by the Division <br />dated 10 December 2007, Twentymile Coal Company submitted a response to the Division via email <br />on 21 December 2007 and the Division responded to Twentymile's email via email on 03 January <br />2008. A copy of the Division's letter and the email responses are attached. <br />The Division is requesting information as to the status of the NOI Amendment noted above.
