Public Notice <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the <br />Colorado Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on November 19, 2008, a minor revision <br />application (MR-75) to the New Horizon Mine, Permit No. C-1981-008, operated by Western Fuels- <br />Colorado, LLC, P.O. Box 628, Nucla, CO 81424 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. <br />This Minor Revision incorporates updated Legal, Financial, Compliance and related information into <br />the New Horizon Mine Permit operated by Western Fuels - Colorado.
