Dear Ms: Crosby:
On behalf of our client, Connell Resources, Inc. (CRI), please accept the following information
in response to technical revision (TR-02) comments for reclamation permit M-1995-035,
Wellington Downs Pit dated November 16, 2007.
After further consideration, Connell Resources, Inc. has decided to remove the asphalt pad on the
site. The driveway will remain. The plan is to mill the asphalt pad the week of November 26,
2007. The area will be graded to match the surrounding topography per the approved
reclamation plan. The area will also be seeded per the accepted reclamation plan.
