Rule 65: Geotechnical Stability Exhibit: While historical stability is certainly a factor no <br />houses are within 25 feet of the highwalls noted. Please provide more in depth geo- <br />stability analysis or move set backs 200 feet from the house. <br />The first amendment to the sand and gravel lease states "[t]he residence of Todd <br />& Catherine Camilletti ("House") is located on the Todd ,& Catherine Camilletti . <br />Parcel. Lessee shall repair, at Lessee's sole expense, any damage to the House <br />roof, exterior walls and foundation directly caused by Lessee's activities under <br />this Lease."
