Section 8.0 <br />Inspection, Tests and Records [I 12.7(e)] <br />The following identifies the various SPCC related assessments conducted at <br />this facility: <br />• A visual assessment of the diked area drainage (prior to draining any <br />precipitation from the containment. <br />• Visual inspection of the tanks and transfer operations (during <br />operating hours) <br />Facility Component Action Frequency/Circumstances <br />Bulk Storage container Observer outside of Monthly, annually, and <br /> container for signs of during scheduled <br /> deterioration and inspections. Whenever <br /> discharge. Supports repairs are made. <br /> and foundations <br />Liquid Level sensing Test for proper Monthly <br />devices overfill operation <br />Secondary Observe for signs of Monthly and prior to <br />Containment deterioration, draining. <br /> discharge, or Presents <br /> and/or accumulation of <br /> oil. <br />Drains and outlet of Visually inspect Prior to filling and <br />tank truck departure <br />Aboveground valve, Inspect the general Monthly <br />piping, and condition of <br />appurtenances components. <br />Inspection forms can be found in Appendix E. The inspection forms will <br />be kept on file in Connell office in Ft. Collins, CO for Three years.
