An Emergency Response Action Plan (ERAP) that addresses procedures for
reporting oil Spills is included in Appendix E. the ERAP has been developed
in general conformance with 112.7 (a) (4) and is located in the back of the
SPCC Plan for accessibility in the event of a spill.
