Later in <br />the report I will disclose the names and contact information of the personnel. that have been on site <br />Our action taken to respond to and correct the emergency situation or condition is as follows: <br />• All roads to the effected areas have been bermed in accordance with MST.-TA guidelines. Only individuals <br />that fall under the guidelines of the 107A citation of MSHA are allowed into the area. <br />• The adverse impact is currently contained. to Castle Concrete Co and. Yenter Companies. This is a two fold <br />situation as both companies have equipment that is currently affected by the slide. The road was sealed <br />shut by the slide and two pieces of equipment owned by Castle Concrete Co.. and one picr;,e of equipment <br />from Yenter. Companies are unable to be moved currently.
