ENVIRONMENT, INC.
APRIL 7, 2005
PACE 2
water from the box. -.This box will be built on I-beam skids so it
can be easily moved. It will be similar to what is shown on-the-
enclosed sketch. Once complete, the enclosure will be tested
with water to ensure 'it has no leaks. The barrels will be stored
in livestock watering tanks with no more than.7 in a 750 gallon
tank. The idea is to create a simple low maintenance containment
system that can be moved around the mine.as needed.
Albert Frei and Sons, Inc., plans to build a permanent
concrete enclose sometime in the future. They .are not prepared
at this time to commit to a time period or location of this new.
enclosure but will contact the Division prior to construction and,-
will file the necessary paper work to keep the permit-in-good
standing.
Conclusion:
Albert Frei and'Sons, Inc., will have no more than 6,000
gallons of fuel and no more than 14 barrels of waste lubricant,
and, antifreeze products stored on the mine at one time.` The fuel
tank and'barrels will be contained-in steel tanks adequate to
provide 125$ of the gross volume needed to contain the'largest
container in the enclosure. Location of these enclosures may
change from time to time.as the mine develops. Any changes to,,
this plan will not be done until the Division is notified of the
proposed change.
If you have any questions please call.me at the above
number.
Respectfully submitted
Environment, Inc.
Stevan L.
