Lupton Sand and Gravel Mine, Permit No. M-1999-120, Acreage Reduction Approval, Revision No. <br />?AR-1 <br />Dear Ms. Lynn Mayer Shults: <br />On January 28, 2008 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved your request for release of a portion of <br />the permit area from further reclamation responsibility. This letter is being resent due to an acreage error noted in the <br />previous release letter. <br />The permit area is reduced to 292 acres, through the release of 5 acres in this permit action.
