MERRILL DRIVE <br />PUEBLO WEST, CO 81007 <br />THIS PUBLIC NOTICE WILL APPEAR IN THE CHRONICLE NEWS. <br />ON THE FOLLOWING DATES: DEC. 24,2008; DEC. 31,2008; JAN. 6,2009; JAN. 13, 2009. <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Robinson Sons, 13600 County Road 31.9, Weston, CO., 81091, phone (719) 868-2163, has filed an <br />application for a Regular (112) Construction Materials Operation Reclamation Permit with the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act <br />for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is known as the ROBINSON <br />SONS GRAVEL PIT NO. 1, and is located at or near Sections 26, Township 33 South, Range 67 <br />West, and 6th Prime Meridian. <br />The proposed date of commencement is MARCH 2009, and the proposed date of completion is <br />summer 2025. The proposed future use of the land is rangeland and residential development. <br />Additional information and tentative decision date may be obtained from the Division of <br />RECLAMATION, MINING AND SAFETY, 1313 Sherman St., Room 215, Denver, Colorado <br />80203, (303) 866-3567, or at the Las Animas County Clerk and Recorder's office; County Court <br />House, Trinidad, CO. 81082, or the above-named applicant. A complete copy of the application is <br />available at the above-named County Clerk and Recorder's office and at the Division's office. <br />Comments concerning the application and exhibits must be in writing and must be received by the <br />DIVISION of RECLAMATION, MINING AND SAFETY by 4:00 p.m. on (FINAL DATE FOR <br />COMMENTS) FEBRUARY 3, 2009 <br />Please note that under the provision of C.R.S. 34-32.5-101 et sea.
