The status of the corrective action reported by Pete Lien and Sons, Inc. in <br />regard to this problem is as follows: <br />Compliance Problem 1: The mining operation has been inactive for more than 180 <br />days. <br />This problem is considered resolved as a result of the Operator's filing of a Notice of <br />Temporary Cessation with the Division.
