Pond 011 As-Built Report
Introduction
This attachment presents the Pond 011 As-Built Report. The report consists
of two parts: Part I, Postmine Storage Capacity Addendum, and Part II, Pond
As-Built Report..
Part I presents updated SEDCAD demonstrations that incorporate recent
(2007) changes to the drainage and sediment control network and, account
for current (postmine) watershed conditions in support of retaining Pond
011 as a permanent postmine feature. Part II presents the as-built
construction documentation (dated 1997) that shows Pond 011 meets or
exceeds the design and performance requirements of the Regulations of the
Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining.
