Note that some short
circuiting at the Outfall 5A (Pond D) flume was observed. Some water appeared to be slowly migrating under the flume. It
was unclear if it was sufficient to make its way through a downstream culvert to Foidel creek. Never the less, one set of water
quality samples were collected for analyses and are presented here. A bentonite seal was subsequently utilized to eliminate
the short circuiting. The flume will be inspected in the spring, and further repairs made as necessary. Outfall 005A exhibited
low flow during the first week of the period, allowing only one sample set to be collected. No exceedances were noted.
In order to reduce the amount of paper work, the following certification will be substituted for the actual DMR forms to cover
the outfalls, which did not discharge during the period. These outfalls include ponds C (Outfall 004A), E (Outfall 006A), F
(Outfalls 007A/MON 7/007XY - all same site), and G (Outfall 008A).
CERTIFICATION
1 certify under penalty of law that I have personally examined and am familiar with the information submitted herein; and
based on my inquiry of those individuals responsible for obtaining the information, I believe the submitted information is
true, accurate, and complete. I am aware that there are significant penalties for submitting false information, including the
possibility of fine and imprisonment. See 18 U.S.C. § 1001 and 33 U.S.C. § 1319.
