Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On May 29, 2008 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Conversion application submitted to the <br />Division on March 21, 2008, addressing the following: <br />Conversion of current permit (I 10c) to a 112c to add 5.59 acres to the current permit acreage. The New total <br />permit area is now 15.49 acres. <br />The terms of the Conversion No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1997-100.
