Rule 4.05.13(4)(c):A hydrologic report shall be submitted to the Division annually with the date
of submittal determined in consultation with the permittee. The annual hydrologic report shall
contain at a minimum:
The report was received in the Division of Minerals and Geology(Division)on June 11, 1998 under
a Stephen Self letter of June 10, 1998. This submission followed an earlier submission under a letter
of February 10, 1998 (no record of receipt). No submittal date is stated in the permit ("An annual
hydrology report will be submitted to the Division after completion of the calendar year." This
might be a mid-term review item.).
Rule 4.05.14(4)(e)(i): Water quantity data obtained from each monitoring site during,the water
year;
The report is in compliance with this rule with the exception that water quantity data was submitted
by calendar year in-lieu-of water year(Permit,page 59).
Rule 4.05.14(4)(c)(ii): Water quality data obtained from each monitoring site during the water year;
and
The report is in compliance with this rule with the exception that water quality data was submitted
by calendar year in-lieu-of water year(Permit,page 59).
Rule 4.05.14(4)(c)(iii): If required by the Division, a written interpretation of the data and
identification of mining related impacts to the hydrologic balance.
The report is in compliance with this rule. The Division required no written interpretation of the
data,but a summary of impacts is provided in the report. Impacts are reported as within the probable
