The Division is requesting that the applicant submit one of the following: <br />A) A road construction plan that includes engineered details with specific <br />information as to the amount of materials needed to construct an elevated road, <br />compaction details, and river protection measures to be employed during the <br />construction and maintenance of the road. <br />B) A plan for construction for widening the exisiting road which addresses stability <br />of rock outcrops and measures to be implemented to prevent river impacts during <br />construction and mine use. The stability analysis must be done by an engineer. <br />C) A commitment to leaving the noted section as a single lane. Any possible <br />pullouts or line of site measures should be identified. Please clarify what <br />measures will be implemented to prevent sedimentation and erosion issues for this <br />area as well. <br />Please note that ultimately it is the applicant's decision on how to address this issue.
