DEMAND FOR COMPLIANCE OF LICENSE AGREEMENT <br />TO: LaFargeWest, Inc. Tenant <br />We hereby demand that you shall, by December 5, 2008 either comply with the <br />agreement stated below or deliver to the Landlord the possession of the property which is <br />the certain property described in a License Agreement entered into on the 31 day of Jan., <br />2008 between LAFARGE WEST, INC ("Lafarge") and Jim and Jean Snyder (collectively <br />"Snyder"): <br />Address: Mamm Creek Gravel Pit, located on the northwest frontage road of I-70 at Exit <br />94, Silt, CO 81652 or Rifle, CO 81650. <br />The tenants have failed to complete the reclamation of the previous gravel pit located on <br />the Snyder's property. Other points of the "License Agreement" that are not completed <br />follow: <br />Item 7B.
