R.M.C.L. has manyyears of <br />experience in the design/build field with a Landscape Architect on staff who oversees ongoing <br />work. <br />This estimate takes into the following considerations: <br />? This proposal does not include any crane time, if needed it will be provided on a T & M <br />basis <br />? Lafarge will provide an excavator'with operator to provide assistance placing wet well. <br />? This proposal -includes all new irrigation pipe.. <br />This proposal also includes Sakrete thrust pads at each quick coupler location. <br />? R.M.C.L will not warranty any trees, shrubs, sod, seed or any other plant material <br />without any irrigation in place or if drought conditions do not allow watering. <br />?
