No solution
flow outside the protected zone was observed.
Inspected the phase I,II,III&IV LECAH pad areas and recorded the following readings from
the high and low volume solution collection transducers.
Phase I high Volume solution collection transducer # 1 was recorded at 46.5, # 2 was at
52.6 and # 3 was at 52.0. Piezometer for the pond was at 57.0 feet. Low volume transducer
# 1 was recorded at.35 and # 2 was at.32.
Phase II High Volume solution collection transducer #4 was recorded at 41.7 # 5 was at
31.6 and # 6 was at 41.6. Low volume solution collection transducer # 1 was recorded at.12
and # 2 was at.36. Piezomter for the pond was at 41.7 feet.
Phase IV high volume solution collection transducer # 7 was recorded at 41.2,# 8 was at
40.8 and # 9 was at 41.8 and # 10 was at 42.0 . Low volume transducer # 1 was recorded
at13.0 and # 2 was at 15.4 inches of hydrostatic head.
Inspected the external pond, it was holding what appeared to be a partially frozen water,
not much change since the last inspection. Low volume solution collection transducers for
the pond were measured at 13.9 and # 2 was at 12.1.
Inspected the under drain area, both the south and 4 inch pipes were discharging. All
lower ponds were holding some snow and a small amount of frozen water in addition to show
at the lowest pond.
Inspected AG1.5, IT WAS DRY.
